Request Account Deletion

We're sorry to see you go. Here's what you need to know.

What happens when you delete your account

When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:

01Your profile information (name, email, preferences)
02Your listening history and favorites
03Any subscription or purchase records (after legal retention period)

Option 1: Delete from the app (recommended)

The fastest and most secure way to delete your account is directly within the app. Open Allumi, go to your profile, and select "Delete Account" from Settings.

Option 2: Request deletion via web

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request deletion below. For security, please verify your identity by entering your account credentials.

This action cannot be undone. Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.
